Diom De Kossa is originally from the Ivory Coast, and handles the whole spectrum from the old west african acoustic traditions to more modern music. In 1975 he started his artistic career at the National Ballet in the Ivory Coast, where he spent 10 years playing with other master percussionists, musicians and dancers.
